Alle Bilder und Dateien in dieser Datenbank sind urheberrechtlich geschützt und dürfen nur für redaktionelle Beiträge in touristischem Kontext zur Bewerbung und Präsentation der Ferienregion Hochschwarzwald genutzt werden. Eine kommerzielle Verwendung ist untersagt. Die Bilder und Dateien dürfen nur unter Nennung des Copyrights Hochschwarzwald Tourismus GmbH verwendet werden. Sollte ein davon abweichendes Copyright in den Copyright-Angaben vermerkt sein (zu erkennen am roten Copyright-Zeichen im Bild), ist stattdessen dieses zwingend anzugeben. Eine Weitergabe an Dritte ist nicht gestattet.

The photos in this data base are protected by copyrights and are free of charge for exclusive use in the press only. Tourism images may be used for articles with tourist context about the Black Forest Highlands only. All pictures and files in this database may only be used for publications about the Black Forest Highlands and its villages. Any commercial use is strictly prohibited. The pictures and files may only be used with the copyright comment “Hochschwarzwald Tourismus GmbH”. In case of any other copyright comment indicated on the picture you strictly have to use this copyright comment when publishing the picture. You are not allowed to transmit the pictures to third parties.
